How to Install efivar software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

efivar software package provides Tools to manage UEFI variables, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install efivar

efivar is installed in your system.

Make ensure the efivar package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep efivar *

You will get with efivar package name, version, architecture and description in a table
